Yellow & Blue Fashion

Today I saw a fish... a remarkably beautiful blue fish with a yellow tail. And you know what? It is indeed a perfect color combination. Do pair yellow and blue! Now I am on a hunt for a yellow top. I do have couple blue skirts and blue pants to pair it with...
